We love guacamole. And we didn’t think it was possible to make it more delicious. But, we were wrong. Adding a little meltémi makes it even better!
½ cup plain 0% or 5% meltémi Greek Yogurt
2 ripe avocados – peeled and seeded
1 clove garlic – minced
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeno pepper (seeded)
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Tortilla chips, pita chips, cut veggies for dipping
Place the yogurt, avocados, garlic, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, and cumin in a blender or food processor.
Mix until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Scoop dip into a serving bowl and serve with your choice of chips or cut vegetables.
