Tzatziki is a delectable condiment that also doubles as a dip. In Greece, it is traditionally served with souvlaki (grilled pork or chicken on skewers) or on gyro wrapped in pita. It is delicious on any grilled meat and even grilled vegetables. It also makes a satisfying dip with warm pita bread. We are happy to share meltémi’s version below. Warning: You will want to eat the whole bowl by yourself.

1 32oz container plain 0% or 5% meltémi Greek Yogurt
½ English cucumber with peel, grated
1 clove garlic, pressed
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon salt – or to taste
freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions
